That includes framing to modern specs, ADA conversions, fences, and new construction carpentry. I've rebuilt older houses and decks to current standards and completed several ADA conversions of homes and bathrooms.
Every deck starts with the ground truth: what's under there, what's rotted, what the soil and drainage are doing. Send photos of the existing structure and the space, and I'll tell you what a solid rebuild involves before you commit to anything.
Deck and fence work is weather-dependent and material-heavy, so scheduling works best with a little lead time. Photos and rough dimensions up front make everything faster.
What I don't do: structures requiring stamped engineering plans or permits I can't pull as a handyman. I'll flag it early if your project needs that route.
