🧭 How I Work

Scope first, always

Before I pick up a tool, we agree on what's being done. Send photos and detail up front and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit, what it involves, and roughly how long jobs like it usually run. The end result is only as good as the scope, so I ask questions other guys skip.

Simple, posted pricing

My rates are hourly and published on every service page, with a 2-hour minimum that covers travel and setup. No quotes, no estimates games, no surprise line items. You can do the math before I ever show up. If a job changes once walls are open, I tell you the moment I know, not at the invoice.

Communication is the actual service

I confirm arrival time the day before. I show up when I said. If it's a long job, you get progress updates without asking. Nine years in commercial finance taught me that most problems are communication problems, and it's why clients call me the most organized contractor they've hired.

What I don't do

I'm not a licensed electrician or plumber, so in-wall wiring, panel work, and moving pipes go to licensed trades. I'll tell you when a job needs one, and I'm happy to work alongside them. Knowing the limit is part of doing it right.

The cleanup is part of the job

You get your space back the way I found it, minus the problem.
